I have been trained in a number of different modalities and adapt my style to suit you and your needs. As every individual is unique, so to is the work we will do together. 

Some of the styles I like to incorporate into sessions include: Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and DBT. 

I have special training in eating disorders and complex trauma and strive to continuously improve my learning so as to provide the best care for you.
